Paul Armstrong

Producer

Paul Armstrong has worked extensively as a Producer and a Publicist. After studying both History and Law at universities in BC, Alberta and later England, he returned to Vancouver to work in film, television and theatre. In 2000 he became the Co-Founder of Alter Entertainment where he works as a Producer and Executive Producer.

Recent credits include Co-Producer of "The Molson Canadian Big Birthday" video , Co-Producer of five videos for Nintendo's "radiozelda.com" website. Producer of "daytime" (urban rush, Shaw Television) a one-hour daily talk/variety show on Rogers Television, Associate Producer of the feature film "Exiles in Paradise" and Producer of the short film "Mon Amour Mon Parapluie" by Tara Hungerford, directed by Giada Dobrzenska with music composed by Nick Lloyd Webber. In addition, he has worked as a Production Coordinator on a television commercial, Produced many theatrical stage plays and is Executive Producer of Peter McCormack's feature film "See Grace Fly". He is also Co-Founder of the long-running Vancouver-based film screening series The Celluloid Social Club.

 

Jeanne Harco

Producer, Director, Writer

Jeanne Harco has worked for in film and television for ten years as a Producer, Director, Writer, Story Editor and earlier as a Graphic Designer and Costume Designer. She has studied various artistic disciplines and holds an Associate Degree in Video and Music Production, a Diploma in Fashion Design and has been trained at Praxis Screenwriter's Centre as a Story Editor. In 2000 she became the Co-Founder of Alter Entertainment where she works primarily as a Director, Writer and Producer.

Recent credits include Director, Writer and Co-Producer of "The Molson Canadian Big Birthday" video and Co-Producer of five videos for Nintendo's "radiozelda.com" website. Jeanne has also worked recently as Videographer for Lynne Stopkewich as part of the documentary "Lilith On Top", and Producer Tony Papa of Avanti Pictures, where she Co-created and Co-wrote a documentary series for Vision Television called "Heretics & Heresies". In past years she Produced and Directed an award winning film about spoken word called "Power of the Word" featuring the likes of Jello Biafra, Lydia Lunch, Exene Cervenka, members of Public Enemy and others and followed that with a documentary about music censorship, called "Harmful To Minors". She is also a Co-Founder of the long running Vancouver-based film screening series The Celluloid Social Club.
