Vancouver production company, Alter Entertainment, is very pleased to announce the completion of two 20-minute videos for the Molson Canadian Big Birthday. The videos will be shown on giant video screens at Canada Day concerts sponsored by Molson Canadian across the country on Canada Day, July 1st, 2001.
The video, which will also be shown in bars and restaurants, is a rock n 'roll celebration of Canadian pride, featuring many top Canadians who have rocked the world, including Alanis Morrisette, Nelly Furtado, Bif Naked, Big Sugar, Econoline Crush, 54-40, Big Wreck, Kardinall Offishall, Wide Mouth Mason, Gob and others.
The video will be a highlight of the Canada Day events, screening between bands at the Molson Canadian Big Birthday - 10 outdoor concert celebrations of fireworks and great Canadian music in Vancouver, Edmonton, Saskatoon, Winnipeg, Toronto, Ottawa, Barrie, Sudbury, London, St. Johns and Halifax on July 1st, 2001.
The videos were Directed by Alter Entertainment principal Jeanne Harco and Produced by Alter's Paul Armstrong and Jeanne Harco. The Editor was Scott Winlaw, Sound Design by Studio X Lab's Paul Ruskay and D.O.P.'s were Billy Chapman and Danny Nowak. John Donnelly and Leslie Domenico of Encore Encore Strategic Marketing oversaw the project.
